Information you provide

When you request an estimate, the form asks for your first and last name, phone number, email address, street address, and city. You may also choose services of interest and add project notes. Information you share through the form, by phone, or by email is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss your electrical project.

Our hosted estimate form

The estimate form is hosted by LeadConnector / HighLevel and connected to Stay Grounded Electric’s account. Submitted information is processed through that service, and the configured workflow sends an internal email notification to staygroundedelectric@gmail.com. Hosting and spam-protection services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and request information to display and protect the form.

Embedded services and technical data

The hosted form loads its provider’s scripts and spam-protection resources. Its current loader also requests Meta/Facebook script resources. Loading those resources does not, by itself, establish that a business advertising pixel is configured. Provider settings may affect cookies and technical or usage data collected within the form. The website’s hosting provider also processes technical requests needed to serve the pages.

For information about HighLevel’s own platform practices, see its privacy policy. Stay Grounded Electric remains the contact for information submitted to this business through the form.

Links and email

Google review links and municipal resources open external websites with their own notices. Email links open your chosen email application. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, or identity documents in your initial inquiry.
